Developing your email campaign is fun and easy. There are many professional looking editable templates available for you to create that perfect mailpiece, or you can upload a pre-existing template.

Here are the easy steps the PrimeCampaigns Wizard takes you through to build and send your campaign.

One Click Navigation

        • Big green button directs new you to the correct path to begin a Campaign
        • Oversized navigation buttons immediately guide returning users to their destination
        • The Run a Quick Count button provides instant access to campaign size
        • The Purchase E-Stamps button permits you to fund a campaign without going back through the application

Gender Selection

  • Easy campaign management guides the voter to select gender
  • Toolbar allows you to easily navigate out of the gender select screen and choose an existing prospect list

Geo Targeting

  • Geo – targeted list generation made easy, increasing the likelihood of a successful campaign
  • Professor Help and mouseover instructions provide ample information to not be confused over which selection to make

List Generation

  • The count provided you with changes as the list is manipulated to meet the voter’s needs, including the unchecking of boxes to remove certain Zip Codes
  • The provides the voter with ZIP Code demographics, including average HH income, average home value, and whether the ZIP Code is reserved for PO boxes
  • Professor Help provides easy to follow explanations to aid you in changing the results and maximizing the value of their campaign

Creative Development

  • Multiple templates gives you the ability to simply add text, or more advanced users can change the templates entirely, including pictures, fonts, colors and backgrounds
  • Template zones that can be manipulated are highlighted on mouseover to alert you that the area can be altered
  • Graphics can be pasted into the template from a user’s desktop, or directly from the internet

Mailing the Campaign

  • You will be prompted whether you want to send the campaign, or send yourself a test email
  • The Campaign mailing and the test email go through Visionamics distributed supercomputer email delivery engine
  • To send the campaign, purchase E-Stamps to cover the cost of the mailing

Tracking Results

  • You will receive real time open and click reporting, so you know at all times how your campaign is doing
  • Real time reporting allows you to monitor your campaign effectiveness, and accurately measure when is the best date and time to mail your campaign
